b. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

a. Log in to your Sparkbinx account and go to the "Order History" section.

b. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

c. Follow the instructions to initiate the return process.

4. Return Shipping:

a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Refund Process:

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

b. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

c. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

8. Missing Items:
